A Personal Care Worker gets compensated to provide personal assistance to elderly or disabled adults and children with their activities of daily living.

Greenspan Home Health Care, LLC can provide comprehensive caregiving training to the caregiver of your choice, be it someone who is close to you and willing to give you assistance on a long or short-term basis. Through our training, they will be equipped with the skills and knowledge on how to properly give personal support.

How Do I Become a Personal Care Worker?


If you are currently taking care of a friend or a family member who is an elderly or is disabled, you can be qualified to get paid for your services. As such, our caregiving training will allow you to enhance the quality of care you are giving.

 

Provided are the necessary qualifications to become a personal care worker:

  • The patient you’re taking care of must be an elderly or a person with disability.

  • Your patient must be enrolled in Medicaid and a
    qualifying insurance we accept (see our Services tab for more information).
    -We accept cash paying clients.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  -We also hire personal care workers that are seeking clients.

  • Your patient should have a referral for in-home care program from their physician.
